We are seeking a highly skilled Export Import Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international trade, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. The Export Import Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company’s import and export operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing efficiency.

Import:

  1. Order material and follow-up with vendors to timely dispatch shipment.
  2. Nomination of forwarders and CHAs for import shipment.
  3. Co-Ordination with CHA for timely delivery of shipments. Follow up for BOE & shipping Line.
  4. Manage the Logistics of importing goods, Including Coordinating transportation and monitoring shipment process.
  5. Track and trace all shipment from origin to all final destinations: Factories, Freight forwarder, Shipping Line, Custom broker, Transportation,
  6. Forex Supplier Payment Procedure with Bank (Forex Department).
  7. CHA, Freight Forwarder, Shipping Line Payment Procedure from Bank or Self.
  8. Own and manage relationship with all logistics vendor and custom broker.
  9. Prepare Import Summaries spreadsheet, reports, costing.
  10. Preparing documentation to receive Import documents from Bank.
  11. Compliance for Yearly Indian Custom Bond | Shipping Line Bond | IGCR Monthly Submitted.
  12. Self-Sealing Permission File Procedure in Customs, High Seas Sales Contract with Importer and Supplier.

Export:

  1. Manage the daily Export order process and efficient.
  2. Preparing & maintaining of export document as under Customs rules.
  3. Export Document a) Commercial Invoice. b) Packing List. d) Annexure – C1. e) VGM form. D) Certificate Of Origin, LC Documents, Follow-up For Checklist and Shipping Bill,
  4. Govt. Scheme benefit for RODTEP / Drawback & IGST follow up with ICE Gate & customs.
  5. Arrange booking with freight forwarders for outbound shipment via Air / Sea.
  6. Internal Co-ordination for dispatch.
  7. Preparing Export Document and details document send to custom officer/Superintendent.
  8. To prepare Custom IGCR Data & submit to Custom Range office.
  9. Submit Export Intimation & Export Data to Custom Department to Custom Range Office.
  10. Also follow Up for Clearance and Delivery of finished goods for Exports.
  11. To examine the correctness of Commercial invoice as per sales orders before dispatch.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience (X years) in import/export operations, preferably in a managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as ERP systems and customs brokerage platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Certification in international trade (e.g., Certified Global Business Professional) is a plus.
  • Professionally experienced in the area of Customs and Commercial functions.
  • Result oriented in time limit.
  • Can independently perform multi skill commercial & Custom activity.
  • Developed and maintained excellent relation with CHA, Vendors & customers.
  • Strong documentation, leadership, communication and interpersonal skill.
